Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• At least 2 years customer service experience in a Call Center environment
• Requires knowledge of computer applications and software in Windows environment
• Must be able to type 40 words per minute with no errors
• Must be able to work shifts, if required
• Must project a positive and professional image
• Must have the ability to work independently and under general supervision, requiring little supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Skill in multi-tasking- coordinating simultaneous mental, manual and visual activities
• Skill in observing situations analytically and objectively and relaying details accurately
• Skill in communicating using email and telephone equipment
• Ability to speak clearly and concisely
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

Responsibilities:
• Operate a computer terminal to enter, retrieve and edit information
• Record keeping and filing; completion of routine forms, and maintaining records
• Handle high volume account inquiries with speed and accuracy
• Process payments and invoices
• Key from paper documents ranging from simple to complex.
• Demonstrate good judgment in identifying and connecting data while processing
• Keep informed of departmental regulations, policies and procedures
• Conduct other duties as assigned
